Public Works Department Services

Willdan's engineers provide all-encompassing Public Works Department services to the 160,000+ resident community of Elk Grove. We bring the City a fully staffed public works department, offering permanently assigned Willdan employees and flexible staffing. The Department consists of seven City employees with oversight of a Willdan staff of over 45 full-time engineers, managers, observers/inspectors, administrative support staff, and a variety of subconsultants and subcontractors.

Our staff provides public counter service, permitting, project management and oversight, subconsultant procurement and selection, and infrastucture operations and maintenance. This team includes expertise in civil engineering, drainage study and engineering, and traffic engineering.
