            Santa Barbara Mixed-Use Development
            Willdan prepared a traffic impact analysis, initial study checklist, and mitigated negative declaration
              (IS/MND) pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). Approvals were secured for a number
              of entitlements including site review, a tentative tract map, and minor variances. After three days of
              public hearings by the Chino Hills Planning Commission, the project was approved. Willdan's planners and
              traffic engineers were congratulated by the City for the crucial role they played in the entitlement
              process.
