Multifamily housing represents a significant opportunity for energy efficiency, but the
relationship between landlords, tenants and utilities can make implementing energy efficiency
measures difficult. Our team works with building owners, property managers, tenants, government
stakeholders and utilities to identify and implement energy efficiency measures including audits,
efficient interior and exterior lighting, Energy Star appliances, weatherization and upgraded and
energy efficient air conditioning or HVAC equipment.
