Rachel Seraspe presented the white paper “The Impact of Energy Efficiency Measures on Utility Costs and Energy Benchmarks in Hospitals Participating in Public Service Electric and Gas Company’s Hospital Efficiency Program” at the Association of Energy Engineers (AEE) World Energy Engineering Congress (WEEC) Conference in Washington, DC on October 3, 2014. The white paper, written by Rachel, Anastasia Wright and Ankita Gupta of Willdan Energy Solutions' NYC office, analyzes historical utility data and energy efficiency measure performance for a sample of hospitals that participated in PSE&G’s Hospital Efficiency Program and benchmarks them using EPA’s Portfolio Manager.

Rachel, Anastasia and Ankita hope that their white paper will be a useful tool for program managers and hospital facilities managers, owners and operators who are responsible for energy and cost management.
