On September 3, Andrew McCornack from the Willdan Energy Solutions New York Office moderated a technical roundtable on battery storage technology with John Cerveny, Director of Resource Development at NY BEST (New York Battery and Energy Storage Technology Consortium).
McCornack organized the event in collaboration with Urban Green Council, the NY City Chapter of the US Green Building Council. The presentation introduced the benefits of battery storage to a broad spectrum of engineers, architects, planners, and sustainability consultants. McCornack also highlighted the significant financial incentives available from NYSERDA through its Demand Management Program. See UGC's roundtable recap.
