Willdan is proud to announce that the Orange County branch of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) presented its prestigious "Civil Engineer of the Year" award to Thomas A. Broz, Senior VP and Director of Program and Construction Management Services for Willdan. ASCE-OC recognized Mr. Broz at its February 21, 2012, Engineering Week awards banquet.

Then, on February 23, 2012, the Orange County Engineering Council awarded Mr. Broz a "Distinguished Engineering Merit Award" at its annual awards and honors banquet.

The award announcements noted that Tom "served on the ASCE Energy Division National Executive Committee for ten years, two of them as Chairman. Tom also served on the ASCE National Energy Policy Committee and the ASCE Energy Division Nuclear Power Committee." More information about Tom's background is available in the ASCE OC newsletter.
