ANAHEIM, Calif.–(BUSINESS WIRE)—Willdan Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: WLDN) announced today that it has been selected to
implement the Snohomish County Public Utility District’s (SnoPUD) new energy efficiency program for telecommunications
and data center facilities. The three-year program will engage data centers and telecommunications providers to
evaluate mission-critical facilities for energy efficiency opportunities, apply for available utility incentives, and
implement the resulting projects.
“This program will allow us to reach an important market in our territory and assist a substantial number of customers
with energy conservation,” said Allison Grinczel, SnoPUD’s Senior Program Manager, Energy Services and Innovation.
“This program not only benefits these targeted industries, but the resulting energy conservation also benefits all our
customers.”
“We thank SnoPUD for this opportunity to work together in a new capacity, and we look forward to directly supporting
mission-critical facilities in this region,” said Mike Bieber, Willdan’s CEO.
