Representative Project
Staffing of Critical Functions for Cities throughout California, including the Cities of Agoura Hills, Calabasas, Dana Point, Lake Forest, Lancaster, Malibu, Moreno Valley, and Temecula—These new cities decided to incorporate in order to maintain local control over land use in their communities. These new cities retained the services of Willdan to staff, at incorporation, the critical functions of City Engineering, Building and Safety, and Planning. Willdan continues to provide staffing support services to many of these agencies today.
