Daniel Chow was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of Willdan Engineering in December 2008. Prior to joining Willdan, Mr. Chow was Vice President of AMEC Earth & Environmental, Inc., and previously held senior managment positions at Tetra Tech EM, Inc. (formerly PRC Environmental Management, Inc.). During his tenure with these firms he was responsible for establishing new offices and implementing specific systems and operations firm wide. He also led the pursuit and management of multi-million dollar contracts for clients that included the U.S. Navy and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. Mr. Chow received his B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from Tennessee Technological University and his Master's in Environmental Engineering from Illinois Institute of Technology.

With more than 35 years of experience as an engineer, Dave Hunt has developed an expertise in public infrastructure design and construction and has acted as a City Engineer and Director of Public Works for numerous cities in California. His expertise includes flood control design; water and wastewater master planning and design; assessment engineering; and street improvement projects. Mr. Hunt has worked on projects throughout California, Nevada and Arizona and has been project manager on major projects with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Caltrans, Navy and OCTA. He received his B.S. and M.S. in Civil Engineering from California State University, Fullerton.

Bill Pagett has more than 40 years of municipal engineering experience ranging from design of water and wastewater facilities to city engineering and project management. Over the years he acted as city engineer /deputy city engineer for such cities as Paramount, Lakewood, La Puente, Lynwood, Bell Gardens, Maywood and Hawaiian Gardens. Mr. Pagett has earned a reputation for successful grantsmanship. Mr. Pagett serves on the Gateway COG Transportation Committee, is Chairman of the Technical Advisory Committee for the I-710 Major Corridor Project, and is also a member on the I-91/605/405 Major Corridor Project. He holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from California State University, Long Beach.

Ross Khiabani brings more than 25 years of professional experience in performing diversified geotechnical assignments involving soil mechanics and foundation engineering, soil stabilization, landslide analysis and stabilization, settlement evaluations, liquefaction studies, temporary and permanent slope stability analysis, and laboratory testing and analysis. He has extensive experience with Southern California seismic design requirements. Mr. Khiabani has managed numerous projects for private and public clients ranging from commercial, industrial, water and wastewater facilities, port and harbor facilities to roads and toll roads. He is a registered engineer in California, Arizona and Nevada and has served in similar positions in the industry. Mr. Khiabani holds an MS in Geotechnical Engineering from California State University, Long Beach and a BS in Geology from Pahlavi University.
